To release stuck emotion, listen to the guidance of the body and allowing yourself to feel whats alive.

Paired and pod work to practice speaking, sharing, and being witnessed.

So visibility no longer feels like danger.

Short, real, embodied videos — posted publicly or privately — to build courage through repetition.
